DOMINIC GARNER MRICS - DIRECTOR
Dominic is a chartered surveyor specialising in commercial agency, lease advisory and asset management across all property sectors and has experience in dealing with landlords and tenants nationwide.
Dominic was brought up in Swansea and studied his undergraduate economics degree at Exeter University and Luis Guido Carli, Rome. He subsequently attended Reading University to complete a Masters Degree in Real Estate.
Prior to setting up Glanmor Chartered Surveyors, Dominic has spent time working at Astleys Commercial in Swansea, Cooke & Arkwright in Cardiff and Insight Retail Consulting in Bristol.

NICK FOUNDS MRICS - ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
Nick is a Chartered Surveyor who has 7 years of experience in the commercial property market within South West Wales. Nick specialises in agency, lease advisory, commercial property management and valuation work across all commercial property types.
Nick studied at University College of Estate Management and achieved a degree in Building Surveying providing him with a strong foundation in the Commercial
Real Estate Industry. In 2022 he successfully passed his APC and achieved MRICS status along with his Valuer Registration.
Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his family on the stunning local Swansea beaches and tries to fit in the odd round of Golf where he can. Also, he coaches his son’s local rugby team and is a big part of Mumbles RFC.

ADAM HARRIS - GRADUATE SURVEYOR
Adam is a Graduate Surveyor with 5 years of experience working in the commercial property sector around South West Wales. Adam specialises in property and estate management, agency, valuation and lease advisory work across all commercial property sectors.
Adam has a degree in Real Estate Management from the University College of Estate Management and is currently working towards becoming a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
