Parc Teifi is a holiday village situated in Pontrhydfendigaid, approximately 14 miles south east from Aberystwyth and 16 miles north east of Lampeter.
The village is situated on the River Teifi and comprises a population of 712. The village benefits from well established local businesses and is home to an annual eisteddfod, the Eisteddfod Pantyfedwen.
The area is a popular travel destination with a wealth of local history as well as an ideal location to enjoy leisure activities such as walking, mountain biking and fishing.
The 1.106 acres holiday village comprises substantial landscaped grounds that include 10 semi detached holiday homes, owners accommodation and a reception/restaurant building that includes two first floor self contained flats. The houses are all named after Monks who inhabited the nearby Cistercian Abbey, Strata Florida, where a wealth of local history can be seen with artefacts dating as far back as the Stone Age.

Each semi detached home comprises 3 double or twin bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fitted kitchen and lounge area. The self catering accommodation is presented to an
exceptionally high standard and will include all fixtures and fittings. To the front there is designated parking and to the rear a decking area with countryside views.
Owners Accommodation
The owners house has a substantial garage/store area plus laundry room. On the upper level there is a comfortable living area ideal as owner or site manager accommodation.
Reception/Restaurant Building with Flats
The reception building is positioned at the entrance of the site and provides potential for multiple uses. Previously featuring a reception lounge area with licensed restaurant/bar area which could also be utilised as a games area, coffee shop and meeting rooms etc.There are two well proportioned self contained flats situated
on the first floor of the building that can be rented separately or provide staff live in accommodation.
